Countdown to Droid: Day #19/ #DroidX revealed! Coming to #Verizon July 15th

Droid X goes live on the Verizon's website!

Check out these specs:
4.3", 16:9, 854x480 screen (that's 400,000 pixels)
HDMI out and DLNA support
1GHz OMAP processor
8 gigs on board and a 16gig card included, but compatible with 32gig SD cards for a total potential memory of 40 gigs
512mb RAM
8 megapixel camera that captures 720p HD video
Three microphones (outward-facing for video, noise-canceling, and regular)
a 1570mAh battery, which should be 'comparable to the Droid 1' on battery life
GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, naturally

You know what might be the best part? Anyone who's contract ends ANYTIME in 2010 can upgrade to the Droid X on July 15 for the $199 (After rebate)! Not sure if thats annual upgrades too? I sure hope so! Only bad part? No Android 2.2 (FroYo) or Flash 10....yet.....late summer they are suppose to update to 2.2 along with their other devices.

DOID! It's What's for Dinner!
